**Description**:
The Role
We are seeking a Civil Site Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day civil construction works on site. This role is responsible for the successful completion and delivery of civil site works, managing onsite workers, personnel and contractors, and the day-to-day aspects of onsite civil works construction.
**Skills and Experiences**:
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be well organised and good at solving problems. You will have strong people skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate people at all levels from staff to sub-contractors. You will also have:
Experience in a supervisory role, running jobs and managing a team of construction workers, sub-contractors and plant machinery
Experience in road reconstruction, asphalt, earthworks, drainage and concreting
Experience liaising with site engineers and project managers, and clients
Up to date knowledge on OH&S policies and SWMS and inducting workers onto projects
The ability to develop good working relationships with internal and external partners
Existing relationship with NSW utilities and clients
Demonstrated ability to prioritise and co-ordinate high volume workloads;
Ability to build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders;
A logical and practical approach to work;
Effective Negotiation Skills.
