**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This role is a Permanent position DIDO, **to our Worsley Alumina Refinery**, which is a short drive from Collie (15 minutes), Bunbury (35 minutes - bus available from Bunbury location only) and other nearby scenic communities. **As there is NO CAMP this role is offered as DIDO only.**

Reporting to the **Production Supervisor**as **Operator - Refinery Process**, the purpose of this role is to safely execute production activities according to the schedule and operate the physical assets, plant and equipment as defined by HSEC requirements, the operations standards and operating procedures**.**

Other key responsibilities include, but aren’t limited to:

- Demonstrate commitment and conformance to safe work practices and procedures.
- Understands the condition of the asset and the work required for the day.
- Understand scope and competency required, SAP operation long text, job hazards and timeframe.
- Conduct personal risk assessment for tasks & questions gaps and routines not done.
- Perform duties in accordance with Clearance To Work Procedures

**ABOUT YOU**

You will have experience and demonstrate capability in the following:

- Previous experience and operating knowledge of Kiln, Filtration and Evaporation processes
- Has previously worked in a team and has contributed to projects.

Qualifications for this position are:

- Holds Certificate III in Process Plant Manufacturing or a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an operator in a minerals/oil/gas process plant environment.
