Cleaning Supervisor

**Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor**

**Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday to Friday (Full Time)**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Supervision and Coordination**:

- Direct and supervise cleaning staff to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate cleaning schedules and assignments to meet client requirements.
- **Hands-On Management**:

- Lead by example with hands-on involvement in cleaning tasks as necessary.
- Fill in for cleaning operators during their absence, ensuring continuity of services.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Maintain open and effective communication with cleaning staff, addressing concerns and providing feedback.
- **Quality Control**:

- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that cleaning standards are met or exceeded.
- Implement corrective measures as needed to address deficiencies and improve overall performance.
- **Training and Development**:

- Provide training to new cleaning staff, ensuring they are familiar with company policies and procedures.
- Offer ongoing guidance and support for continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a cleaning or supervisory role.
- Ability to work from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Hands-on approach and willingness to actively participate in cleaning tasks.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Flexibility to fill in for cleaning operators when needed.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

**Salary**:
The annual salary for this position is in the range of $50,000 to $60,000, commensurate with experience.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

Work Location: In person
