**About the Role**

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic **Assistant Store Manager** to join the team at our **Sheridan Surry Hills**Outlet.

This is a part time position at 36.5 hours per/week.
- Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs and targets
- Drive a high performing team, that are committed to providing exceptional customer service
- Coach your team through product knowledge, using your passion for selling
- Maintain store operations including stock management and VM
- Previous experience in people management, coaching and delivering feedback is ideal
