Hometown Property Partners is looking for a property officer for an immediate start. No experience required, we are willing to train the right person.

The role includes, but is not limited to:

- Responsible for dealing with the day-to-day running of residential property portfolio
- Liaising with landlords & tenants
- Build & maintain strong meaningful relationships
- Maintenance management
- General admin work supporting senior property manager
- Open inspections and private inspections
- Condition routine inspection reports

The following are essential for this role:

- Certificate of registration (or willingness to gain before employment starts)
- Driver's License and reliable car
- Great attitude
- Great personal presentation at all times
- 5 days a week with one day off during the week, Saturday's are a must
