We have multiple opportunities for Claims Consultant to support those impacted by the recent weather events in QLD.

This role is a contract role with the opportunity to go permanent. Working Holiday Visas are welcome to apply.

**The Role**:

- Manage a portfolio of property claims management, lodgements to repair coordination
- Liaise with clients, insurance companies, external providers, and recovery specialists.
- Effectively negotiate and settle claims in a timely fashion while managing costs Navigation multiple systems and enquiries in a fast paced environment
- Review adjusters' reports and ensure strong database management

**About you**:

- Available to start a new role within the next 2-3 weeks.
- Ability to deal with a variety of clients.
- Experience managing property insurance claims or similar.
- Effective and professional written and verbal communication skills
- Customer focused attitude with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
