We currently have an exciting new opportunity for a Store Manager to join our new concept store. If you are highly passionate about people’s health and helping them, find the right shoe to fit their activity, have the ability to grow a new business, thrive in building a successful new store putting our customers at the forefront then this I the perfect role for you
- **What is the job responsible for**:_
- providing exceptional service that will exceed customer expectations by tailoring to each individual customer needs
- NDIS / DVA and Myagedcare process and administration
- managing customer appointments with health professionals
- achieving customer loyalty and company growth
- building and maintaining referral relationships with key health care professionals
- maximising sales by providing the customer with a complete solution
- keeping the shop environment always inviting and attractive to customers
- coach and mentor, your team to maintain high team morale
- ensure efficient OH&S management and adhere to state and national OH&S legislation
- **To be successful in this role you will have**:_
- previous health care experience
- experience in a customer service environment
- retail and sales skills, preferred
- a passion for leading & inspiring a team to succeed
- high confidence to lead by example and to deliver outstanding customer service
- empathic and care nature for the diverse needs of our clients
- excellent communication skills
- strong problem-solving and creative skills
- drivers’ licence is essential
- A motivated & driven ‘Make it Happen’ attitude

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
