As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for the end to end product strategy & development, and delivery of new product feature initiatives focused on uplifting DevOps practice across Retail Technology. You'll play an important role in shaping the evolution of the squad by contributing in defining delivery roadmaps, prioritising backlog, drafting quarterly crew memos and deciding which problems to invest in solving.

**We're interested in hearing from people who**:

- Experience in DevSecOps and CICD processes and practices
- Translation of product vision to roadmap and backlog
- Advanced commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
- Advanced communication and Influencing skills
- Advanced analytical and problem solving capability
- Experience with Agile methodology, working within an Agile Matrix would be ideal.
- **Risk Mindset**: All CommBank employees are expected to proactively identify and understand, openly discuss and act on current and future risks

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Leading and developing the product roadmap, and engagement with senior stakeholders to manage the delivery of product roadmap.
- Providing clear lines of communication with our stakeholders on the product roadmap and prioritisation decisions.
- Act as the voice of the customer and business, translating this for the squad.
- Being accountable for addressing impediments, driving decisions, and resolving escalations and identifying, articulating and managing risks and compliance across streams of work.
- Incorporating design thinking and analytics to inform product design.
- Leading the squad day-to-day to deliver change and lifecycle activities.
- Maintaining a healthy prioritised Backlog to deliver business and customer outcomes.
- Managing senior business and technical stakeholders to ensure that prioritisation is understood and agreed to.
- Managing the squad's performance to defined objectives including OKR tracking, etc.
