**Anytime Fitness** Campsie, Belmore, Hurstville and Blakehurst is a successful group looking for a motivated and energetic member consultant to help drive the day-to-day operations of the club working along side the club managers.

**Essentials**
- _**Sales experience and administration**_ experience preferred _**not required**_

- Able to learn new systems quickly
- Energetic with exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Experience in building and managing client relationships
- Efficient time management skills
- High sense of integrity, honesty, drive and self-motivation.

- A team player able to lead and manage staff
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends
- Excellent ability to network and build lasting relationships with members and the community.

**What is the focus of the role?**
- Assisting franchisee with day to day admin and managing schedules.
- This role is assist managers and current staff to manage the overall financial success of the club, through new member acquisition, existing member retention, all other revenue streams and behind the scene administration.
- Assist managers in achieving monthly KPIs and financial reporting
- Assist managers in proactively seeking new membership opportunities
- Promote the Anytime Fitness brand and image in the community
- Help create a great club culture with a strong focus on member retention through quality customer service.
- Maintaining a high standard of club presentation and cleanliness.
