**Your New Role**

As a Sales Assistant, you'll be the welcoming face of our brand-new store Your focus will be creating memorable shopping experiences, helping customers find the perfect products, and keeping the store looking top-notch.

You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, maintaining visual standards, and ensuring smooth operations during busy periods. Whether it’s helping with a purchase or setting up a promotional display, you’ll be an essential part of our store’s success.

**Your Day to Day**
- Engage with customers by providing a welcoming and personalised shopping experience.
- Assist customers with product selection, offering advice and recommendations tailored to their needs.
- Maintain the store’s appearance, including merchandising and restocking.
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Support the store team with operational tasks such as inventory checks, receiving stock, and maintaining cleanliness.
- Be a brand ambassador by promoting the company’s values and ensuring that every customer interaction reflects the company’s mission and vision.
- Help address customer queries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support when necessary.

**What You Need**
- Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A good understanding of basic sales principles.
- Attention to detail in maintaining store presentation and stock levels.
- Competence in cash handling and using a POS system.
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.
- Able to think on your feet and provide solutions to customer queries or operational challenges.
