We are seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing Specialist to join our team and work together to play an integral role in the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive growth and build brand awareness in the Australian market.

**The Role**

As the core role of Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for play an integral role in the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive growth and build brand awareness in the Australian market.

**Key Responsibilities**

Ÿ Research on furniture and interior decor market trends, analyze competitor strategies, assess customer demand, and identify potential customer characteristics and market opportunities.

Ÿ Develop and implement comprehensive marketing objectives, strategies and plans based on market research findings, identifying target markets and distribution channels.

Ÿ Coordinate and execute brand promotion activities, including advertising campaigns, social media, and public relations activities and provide suggestions, to enhance the company's visibility and reputation in target markets.

Ÿ Support the sales team with marketing materials and resources, and promotional tools to improve customer engagement and conversion.

Ÿ Collect and analyze customer and market feedback, provide improvement suggestions, and continuously refine the company's market strategy and product positioning.

Ÿ Plan and coordinate various marketing activities and promotions.

Ÿ Manage and optimize the company's website and social media platforms to increase traffic and enhance online brand influence.

Ÿ Prepare, monitor, and manage the marketing budget, ensuring the effective use of resources to achieve market growth and business development objectives.

Ÿ Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, media, and e-commerce platforms.

**Who We Are Looking For**

Ÿ 4+ years of experience in marketing or event management.

Ÿ Undergraduate degree or higher.

Ÿ Have the desire to gain in-depth knowledge of the company’s product offerings to develop relevant marketing campaigns.

Ÿ Excellent research skills and insight into market trends.

Ÿ Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and a proactive service attitude.

Ÿ Excellent verbal and written communication skills and teamwork skills.

**How to Apply**

Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
