Are you passionate about the ocean and diving? Do you have experience in deckhand or divemaster roles? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our dive charter team in beautiful Port Phillip Bay

We are a leading dive charter operator dedicated to providing exceptional diving experiences for our clients. Our team is committed to safety, customer service, and preserving the beauty of the marine environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the daily operations of the dive charter, including preparation of the vessel and equipment.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers and crew.
- Assist divers in and out of the water, providing support as needed.
- Perform general maintenance and cleaning of the vessel.
- Comply with all safety regulations and company policies.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in deckhand and/or divemaster roles.
- General Purpose Hand certification and/or Diver Rescue certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Availability to work weekends and some weekdays.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Passion for marine life and diving.
- Local Area Knowledge certification for Port Phillip Heads is a plus.
- Must be able to depart from Queenscliff
