Our in-house content production, tech, sales, and support functions are unified in supporting secondary students and teachers across Australia to achieve outstanding learning outcomes with our innovative education resources.

**About the role**:
This role sits within our People Operations team and plays a critical role in building a collaborative, happy and efficient working environment and experience. We’re growing quickly with 220 Edrollers and counting, and we’re looking for a great new team member to join us and ensure that Edrollers love their working environment, whether that’s in our Melbourne HQ office, our Sydney coworking space or supporting our remote-based Edrollers who work from home in other States and Territories.

We’re looking for someone who will become the organisational heart of our working environments, and in turn amplify the Edroller experience. No task will be too big or small for them, and Edrollers will instinctively turn to them for help.

You’ll have plenty of opportunities to shape this role and build new processes and procedures to ensure that our work environment runs smoothly and seamlessly

**Key responsibilities**:

- Create an inclusive and welcoming work environment
- Ensure that our offices run smoothly and all Edrollers have access to what they need, when they need it
- Function as the main point of contact for office or IT related queries
- Ensuring our physical spaces are neat, clean and tidy
- Purchasing supplies
- Partner with People Operations to ensure onboarding and offboarding is seamless, and create and implement policies regarding our work environment
- Help keep Edrollers and guests safe by coordinating workplace health and safety activities
- Manage relationships with external stakeholders as relevant to office coordination
- Own key administrative processes across the company including
- Coordinate all company travel and accommodation bookings and expenses
- Manage relationships with vendors and external stakeholders across a variety of functions
- Asset management, insurance, and paperwork
- Contribute to the successful coordination and execution of internal events
- Project managing a variety of initiatives across the organisation as needed

**About you**:

- You have strong prioritisation, and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail
- You’re proactive and action-oriented with a can-do attitude to tackle challenges, large and small
- You’re reactive and responsive to the needs of Edrollers, and remain agile and calm under pressure
- You possess strong customer service skills, friendly and enthusiastic, and get high levels of satisfaction from being responsive to internal and external stakeholders
- You thrive in environments where you get to develop new processes and solve real problems, and have a track record of doing so in your previous roles
- You’re energised by a dynamic working environment and love the idea of being at the heart of a mission-driven company with plenty of opportunities for growth
- You possess a growth mindset and orientation towards continuous improvement and learning
- You’re proficient with G-Suite / Office and have a love for technology - you’ll be assisting Edrollers with all of their IT needs
