TSA have been partnered with Telstra for over 25 years, we pride ourselves on providing positive and memorable customer experiences. Our business has been built from passionate customer service and sales people, and we are continuing to grow and expand our team in Brisbane.
This is an exciting opportunity to represent Australia's largest telecommunications company, you will answer calls from everyday Aussies, calling through with enquiries for new and existing Telstra services and products.
**Job Description**:
**What it means to be apart of our team**:
- ** Fully paid comprehensive training**: We will take you through our 5 week training period, where we teach you everything from Telstra products, customer handling and sales techniques
- ** WFH Options**: After you've practised what we teach, you can work from home 2 days per week
- ** Uncapped Commissions**: You perform
- we pay, earning fortnightly commissions. On track earnings will have you earning over $80,000 per year
- ** Internal Career Progression**: Be supported by our development programs, providing you the opportunity to grow and progress within our business

**What you'll do**:
- Answer inbound calls, engage with customers by asking questions regarding their enquiry, assisting them in finding a resolution
- Provide expert advice on Telstra products and services that best suit their needs and lifestyle
- Provide empathy and understanding to your customers through effective communication skills
- Take ownership, withhold confidence in your ability to de-escalate any customer grievances
- Be available when our customers need us, flex to the hours that are required

- Withhold resilience, and mechanisms to allow you to perform at your best
- Strong multi-tasking skills, ability to easily navigate computer systems
- You have a solution based mind-set, always ready to resolve a problem
- Have a fixed internet connection and suitable work from home set-up
- Availability to work Monday - Saturday, between 7.30am - 6.30pm (penalty rates apply)
