Mower Operators

LD TOTAL is a multi-award winning landscape company specialising in landscape and irrigation design, commercial and residential construction, maintenance and residential lot packages.

We are looking for Mower Operators to join our Northern Suburbs depot at Wangara. This position will look after our mowing contracts in the northern suburbs and be based out of our depot in Wangara. You will need to be able to work with another team members and work safely in high trafficable areas

**Selection criteria**
- Landscape maintenance experience and/or trade qualification (working towards) in Parks & Gardens or Horticulture (preferred but not essential)
- Experience with ride on mowers, whipper snippers, edgers, blowers and hand tools (preferred but not essential)
- First Aid Certificate (an advantage)
- Traffic Management Qualification (an advantage)
- Proof of right to work in Australia
- Strong Commitment to safe work practices
- High level of personal work standards
- Have excellent time management skills
- Capacity to work in all weather conditions

**Responsibilities**
- Maintaining large turf areas with ride on mowers, whipper snippers and edgers
- Blowing down pathways
- Setting up and following traffic management plans
- Setting up a safe workplace
- Documenting and reporting on equipment faults
- Meet timelines and follow a schedule
