Ovolo Nishi is an artful imagining of a sustainable future, bringing nature inside through thoughtful design and luxurious finishes in Canberra. This position will be reporting through to a seasoned Director if rooms with the focus being purely on Guest Experience & the coaching, developing & nurturing of staff.

**Who you are**
- Someone that is dynamic, comes with a little Zest and can fit into an organization that celebrates our people for who they are
- Demonstrated ability to drive Customer Service Programs and achieve desired results in order for our guests to feel they are valued and special
- A stickler for attention to detail, the little things count
- Understand your numbers and sales; rosters, allocations, upsells
- Excel at getting great feedback via online reviews and a whizz when it comes to all things social media

**What you'll do.**
- Energize, motivate, train, develop, lead your Team in all things Front Office
- Lead from the front and loves to be guest facing
- Coach, develop and empower teams
- Know how to make someone feel special? Deliver that service from the heart that can only come from you
- Happy to roll your sleeves up and get dirty? Do you do whatever it takes? That is the attitude we are calling for
