At Volvo Commercial Vehicles Australia (VCVA) you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. You will be responsible for providing an efficient aftersales service by identifying, sourcing and selling truck and bus parts to our valued customers.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Daily upkeep of retail displays.
- Highlight current specials for customer visibility.
- Actively market and sell parts to meet business targets.
- Develop and maintain customer base, generating new business.
- Coordinate and implement the supply of Parts and Parts Services.
- Respond efficiently to customer enquiries, process invoices, and handle returns.
- Provide prompt and courteous service to customers.
- Effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and team members.
- Perform parts warehousing tasks, including sorting and ordering.
- Raise vendor purchase orders and maintain documentation.

**Your future team**
You'll be working within a large team, supporting our busy Beresford dealership. With a close-knit team, you’ll be someone who has a mechanical aptitude and knowledge of trucks parts. You’ll have a customer focused attitude and be able to use multiple systems.

- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and manage your time
- Prior experience in warehousing would be advantageous
- You will be able to participate in a rotating roster to work Saturday shifts and
- Participate in a rotating roster to be on-call for parts supply
