**Position Summary**:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced **Housekeeping Supervisor** to join our Brisbane team. This hands-on supervisory role involves overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and team performance.

**Only applicants currently residing in Brisbane will be considered.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations across guest rooms and public areas
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards
- Manage housekeeping staff schedules, assignments, and performance
- Train, coach, and support housekeeping team members
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and linens
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Address guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- Report maintenance issues to relevant departments
- Work closely with Front Office and Maintenance teams to ensure seamless guest service

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- A hands-on approach with attention to detail
- Understanding of safety and sanitation standards in a hotel setting
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
- **Must currently reside in Brisbane, QLD**:

- Valid work rights in Australia
