Due to internal move, Mars PetCare has a fantastic opportunity to join our team as a Customer Demand Planner.

Reporting to the Senior Demand Planning Manager as part of the S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) management team, this role will play a pivotal role partnering with the Coles team to help deliver an accurate rolling demand plan. The role will also be supporting and focusing on a category within Mars Petcare, partnering with supply and portfolio to ensure we deliver expected growth and customer service levels.

**What would be your key responsibilities?**
- The Customer Demand Planner is a pivotal role and will work primarily with the Coles sales account team but also with supply planning, activity, and portfolio management within Mars Petcare, focusing on its assigned category.
- Facilitate, lead or represent demand for its account or category through key weekly and periodic meetings with other key stakeholders (sales, supply, activity, portfolio).
- Builds strong customer relationship that allows forecast collaboration to ensure we deliver the best view of demand and drive S&OP discipline.
- Contribute and collaborate as a part of a team of 4 Demand Planners and reports to the senior demand planning managers who reports through to the S&OP planning manager as part of Petcare supply organizational structure.

**What are we looking for?**
- Around of 2 years of relevant experience which could include marketing, sales planning, supply/production, scheduling/operations planning, and/or demand planning & forecasting.
- Prior experience working with a vendor or retailer in a similar function or setting.
- Experience using forecasting systems and tools such as JDA/Manugistics and or similar ERP/supply chain systems is preferred.
- Demonstrated strong quantitative and analytical experience using Excel, Powerpoint, PowerBI and other computer applicative.
- Demonstrated experience of delivering effective presentation using qualitative and quantitative data to influence leadership behaviours and decisions.
