**THE ROLE**

If so, here's your opportunity to join YMCA South Australia as a Customer Care Team Leader Based at The Valleys Lifestyle Centre and reporting to the Community Wellbeing Director, you’ll play a key role in leading our Customer Care team to provide outstanding service across our front-of-house operations. In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll guide and support staff, be actively involved in the daily operations and ensure every member and guest enjoys a welcoming and positive experience at the Y.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Lead and support the Customer Care team to deliver exceptional service to members and guests
- To be involved in the daily operations which include reception, café, merchandise and program administration
- Collaborate with other staff to meet the overall goals and objectives of the centre
- Deliver direct customer service, ensuring a friendly, professional and solutions-focused experience for all visitors
**REQUIREMENTS FOR THE Y**
- National Police Check (NPC) - Certificate must be within six (6) months from date of issue
- International police check - for applicants who have lived or worked overseas in the past five (5) years
- DHS Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- (HLTAID009) Provide CPR
- (HLTAID011) Provide First Aid
- Interest or knowledge in health and fitness/swimming lessons (Desirable)
**Please note, this is a part
- time role with an average of 30 hours per week, offering a great balance between work and lifestyle.**
