**The Company**:
This company is a leading boutique events agency specializing in conferences and meetings and is looking to bring on a junior Event Assistant to learn from and assist the Event Managers. The team is passionate about creating and producing innovative and memorable events that help businesses reach their full potential.

**The Role**:
The role of Event Assistant is a specialist industry role and is vital to the success of our conferences and events. The main role of the Event Assistant will be to assist the Event Managers with every aspect on of the event planning.

Key Responsibilities include;
- Event project management
- Budget management
- Key stakeholder communications
- Supplier communications
- Onsite event services
- Working with a dynamic team culture

This role requires a high caliber person that is experienced with building strong relationships and has the ability to meet event targets and work in a team environment. This person has previous event experience, ideally in conferences and meetings.
- Experience with EventsAIR technology
- Experience with various project management technology
- Incredible attention to detail, self-motivated, and teamwork/collaboration oriented.
- Exceptional customer service, administration, communication, technology, and relationship skills
- Flexibility to travel interstate for events
- Enjoys and thrives in the events industry
