**Tell me about this role**:
We are currently looking for security cleared (NV1 or higher) Test and Evaluation Engineers with experience with V&V, to join our team on a permanent basis. No two days are the same in these roles which are essential to the success of the project. We are looking for multi-skilled, flexible, hardworking people who are keen to grow their career within a leading Defence supplier.

This role will support the MQ-28 Ghost Bat program and is an amazing opportunity to be on the ground level of introducing a cutting-edge sovereign technology platform into active service.

**What will I be doing day to day?**
- Provision of specialist T&E services in support of Airworthiness, Test and Evaluation, and Trials Management, in an integrated test environment; with support to other engineering activities as required.
- o Review and management of trial related approvals.
- o Facilitation of contractor, CoA, and CASG task requirements
- o Coordinate delivery of technical product
- o Trial and associated activity status reporting
- o Development and maintenance of project plans and schedules
- o Risk, Issue and opportunity identification and management.
- o Engagement with stakeholders for specialist tasking to support project objectives.
- Coordinate project documentation delivery from Project Management Office contractors and external agencies.
- Facilitate trial support through service arrangement of external agencies.
- Conduct trial related planning and coordination across AWC supporting elements and external agencies.
- Support and participate in the conduct of T&E through on site coordination, management and witnessing of trial conduct as the primary AWC trials manager.

**What sort of skills do I need?**
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field
- Comprehensive experience and knowledge in the fields of explosive ordnance engineering, communications engineering, systems engineering and software engineering
- Demonstrated experience in a Defence environment
- High level attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Experience in engineering program planning and development of engineering planning documents and management plans;
- Hold or have the ability to gain and maintain and NV1 security clearance
