We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented **Houseman** to join our housekeeping team in a hotel in **Campbelltown**. This role is essential in ensuring our property is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, giving our guests a positive and welcoming first impression.

**About the Role**
As a Houseman, you will work closely with the Housekeeping Supervisor and team members to support the daily operation of our housekeeping function. You’ll take pride in maintaining public areas, assisting room attendants, handling linen and supplies, and ensuring all common spaces present a clean and professional image.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of all public areas, including reception, hallways, stairwells, laundry, gym, car parks and courtyards.
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, rubbish removal, window cleaning, and dusting.
- Assist with linen collection, delivery, and storage.
- Support room attendants to ensure guest rooms are prepared on time and to standard.
- Respond promptly to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Report maintenance issues to reception for timely action.
- Ensure chemicals and equipment are stored and used safely in line with procedures.
- Uphold all occupational health and safety, food safety, and security protocols.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Preferably previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning in a business environment.
- A can-do attitude and pride in producing quality work.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work unsupervised.
- Reliable, honest, and flexible with a professional and approachable manner.
- Good communication skills and basic confidence with English.

Pay: $24.95 - $50.95 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
