You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday). - To be successful for this role, a forklift licence will be required and experience driving high-reach forklifts will be highly regarded **About this work area** - As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: - Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs. - Handing out Click & Collect orders, organising delivery and solving any order issues customers may have such as Delivery fails. - Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers. - Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues. - Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks. - Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse. - Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required such as click and collect handouts. **Who you are** - As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker you have: - A Passion for optimising fulfilment operations, with an eye to detail. - A ‘Togetherness’ mindset where you’ll work closely with your team and other departments to secure the best possible outcome for the customers. - Ability to collaborate yet also be able to work independently. - An energetic approach as you will be on your feet all day. - Strong customer focus, ensuring we keep the customer in mind no matter what we do. - Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. - A safe mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including heavy, repetitive lifting. **We need people like you** - At IKEA, work is so much more than a job.
