Auntie Anne’s is excited to announce the opening of our second franchise store, coming soon to QVB (Queen Victoria Building) As we prepare for this exciting new chapter, we're looking for passionate and reliable team members to join us and grow with the brand.

At Auntie Anne’s, we’re known for our warm, soft pretzels and friendly service. We believe great food starts with great people. Our team is the heart of what we do — working together to deliver freshly baked products and an outstanding guest experience every single day.

- A positive, team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to learn and support others
- Good communication skills
- Availability for either part-time or full-time hours
- Flexible availability from mid-August onwards
- Someone who is a creature of habit - consistent, dependable, and committed to doing things well every day
- Ability to follow precise recipes and measurements accurately
- Someone who understands and respects workplace rules, especially those that support a respectful and safe environment
- Awareness of the importance of keeping work sections clean, tidy, and organised at all times
- A strong work ethic and commitment to team success
- Someone open to learning and feedback - if you have a strong “I know” attitude, this role may not be the right fit

Our Working Style:
At Auntie Anne’s, we work as a team to serve guests and ensure every product is prepared fresh and to standard. Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing, shaping, baking, and flavouring our signature pretzels
- Serving coffee and specialty beverages (_note: this is not a barista or all-rounder role_)
- Welcoming and serving customers with warmth and efficiency
- Keeping the store clean and presentable
- Completing daily checklists and tasks
- Taking initiative and supporting the team where needed

**This work position requires you to be multitasking**

Training Before Opening:
Before our grand opening at QVB, all team members are required to complete 40 hours of hands-on training. This ensures every team member is confident, well-prepared, and aligned with our brand standards from day one.

**Salary is depending on age and positions**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

Pay: $20.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 - 40 per week

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sydney NSW 2000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
