Who are we partnering with?
u&u. Recruitment Partners have been given the opportunity to partner with a large well known business in a temp to perm opportunity with hybrid flexibility and parking on-site. Based in the Inner-suburbs with parking on site. This role would suit an experienced Credit Officer who has experience working in a large high-volume environment.
What will U be doing?
Managing your own debtors ledger
Process and allocate all payments received from customers assigned to the role;
Instigate and manage the recovery of all monies due from customers assigned to the role;
Monitor, assess and manage "Held Orders". Contact customer as required;
Inform respective stakeholders of intentions to withhold supply;
Prepare and present detailed monthly reporting and customer account reconciliations within designated time frames and in accordance with reporting guidelines;
Conducting continual risk identification, evaluation and mitigation to ensure uninterrupted functional operation.

Immediate start.
What experience do U need?
Credit Officer experience;
Allocations experience and someone that can read a remittance advice and allocate that properly;
Excellent written and oral communication skills that contribute to productive and harmonious relations between suppliers and stakeholders;
Strong Problem Solving Skills - uses intuition and experience to provide solutions; proactive with the efficient resolution of all vendor problems; and
Intermediate Excel and Word Skills.
