We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, fully qualified, and HCPC-registered Dietician to join our dynamic team. This flexible opportunity is perfect whether you’re returning to work, looking to supplement your main role, or simply want to practice the profession you love.

Your Role as a Dietician at Hapi Healthcare:

- Assess and diagnose existing and emerging nutritional concerns in elderly residents, providing individually tailored dietary treatment plans.
- Adjust and refine nutritional care plans based on residents' progress, clinical outcomes, and evolving needs.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential nutrition and health records.
- Conduct diabetic nutritional assessments and reviews, supporting long-term blood glucose control.
- Play a key role in chronic disease management and contribute to wound healing through targeted dietary strategies.
- Provide general nutrition education and support for healthy ageing and preventative care.
- Build strong relationships with residents to promote continuity of care, working collaboratively with them to achieve their personal health goals.
- Offer digital/online triage consultations where appropriate, ensuring accessibility and convenience.

Who We’re Looking For:

- BSc or MSc in Dietetics and HCPC registration.
- A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle (willing to travel across aged care facilities).
- Strong clinical knowledge and a genuine passion for improving the lives of older adults.
- Confident working autonomously, with support always within reach.
- Compassionate, clear communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ideally, 5+ years' experience in aged care, diabetes management, and chronic conditions.

Contract Type:

- Part-time or contract-based role
- Flexible working arrangements
- In-person visits across Sydney and surrounding areas

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour
