This growing Practice is looking for talented individuals who believe in taking the "customer experience" to a new level The role will be responsible for warmly greeting clients into the practice, taking telephone calls, handing social media and Google inquiries and administration of all new and existing patient documentation **Responsibilities**: - Set up office each morning - air-con, lights, music, all computers on, back up changed. - Answer phones and action accordingly - Make appointments in a timely and efficient manner - Manage appointment schedule bookings for consultations. - Confirm upcoming appointments. - Full reception function for consulting including greeting, registering and billing patients. - Preparation for all consulting sessions including patients lists and paperwork completion of all documentation required for each patient following consultation. - Update & file medical records; prepare patient records for consultations & scan documents. - Bill patient accounts; issue invoices or receipts; process payments for consultations - Prepare documents by gathering and sorting electronic transcription files and written instructions. Send hospital paperwork and consent forms for surgery. - Update media files and liaise with Marketing Manager as necessary - Have a patient-driven attitude in all that they do Prior reception and admin experience (2 + years) Experience in managing multiple systems and technologies Strong organisational skills Experience in basic accounting skills An overall positive and welcoming attitude - Bonus points if you’ve worked in the medical industry before - If you’re looking to work with a dynamic and collaborative team, for a top-tier practice and love organising appointments, maintaining records and ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of a business, this could be a top role for you. NB: This is a full-time, 5 days per week in office position and will require 2 rostered Saturday shifts per month. (however you will get a week day off when that occurs)
