Pinjarra Meat Supply has been supplying top quality meat and service to Pinjarra & surrounding areas. Locally owned and Operated by Andrew & Simone Thaw for over 30 years.

They work hard to provide a friendly, cheerful, and relaxed shopping experience for their customers. They are now looking to take on an eager full-time Apprentice Butcher to become a part of their team.

**About the role**

As an Apprentice, your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Processing meat using knives, cleavers, and other equipment
- Preparing cuts for weighing, packing, and sale
- Providing excellent customer service
- Displaying cuts and selling cuts to the customers
- Ensuring work areas are clean and compliant with all food safety and hygiene standards

**About you**
- Possess a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
- Display a willingness to learn and take direction
- Well presented
- Be punctual and reliable
- Have good written and oral communication skills
- Physically fit for labour intensive work
- Knife skills _highly regarded_
