**About the role**

Walk through our pink doors and into the magical world of **Peter Alexander** as a **Full-Time Co-Manager** in our **Joondalup** store - one of our **busiest, high-turnover locations**. With a **three-tiered management structure** supporting 24 dedicated team members, you’ll be a central point of leadership, especially when the Store Manager is off-site or on leave.

This role isn’t just about managing day-to-day - it’s an incredible opportunity for someone ready to step up into succession planning and **build their leadership career** in a fast-paced, high-profile store.

**About the Role**:
In this dynamic and high-volume environment, you’ll partner closely with the SM and ASM to:

- Lead and inspire a large team to consistently exceed KPIs and deliver a joyful, customer-first experience.
- Step into the lead management role when the Store Manager is away - making key decisions and driving daily operations.
- Support and mentor a team of 24, developing future leaders and building team capability.
- Maintain store standards through strong visual merchandising, stock flow and loss prevention practices.
- Own operational efficiency - including rostering, task delegation, and floor coordination during high-traffic periods.

**What You’ll Bring**:

- Previous leadership experience in apparel or high-volume retail.
- Confidence managing a large team in a fast-paced store environment.
- Strong operational skills - from managing high stock volumes to delivering visual merchandising excellence.
- The ability to step up and lead with autonomy when required.
