Gold Coast, Australia Protech Full time

Protech are looking for experienced Civil Labourers to perform earthworks duties for initial ground works in Merrimac covering car parks, structures foundations, and surrounding road upgrades.

Due to the schedule of works and location there will be occasional requirement to work in the Rail Corridor, so all applicants need to hold up to date tickets for working in the rail corridor including Safe Access Rail Corridor (SARC), Rail Industry Worker (RIW) Card, etc.

Duties will require you to have a past exposure to civil works including, laying conduit, spotting and working around machinery, drainage, environmental controls, etc.

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Immediate Start Available
- Full Time casual hours 6.30am to 4-5pm Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend requirements
- Ongoing options available (initial work is week by week until project ramps up)
- Overtime rates + additional allowances paid

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Earthworks Labouring - Laying Conduit, Drainage, Spotting Machinery, etc
- Implementation of environmental controls
- Maintain a safe & clean work environment

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Safe Access Rail Corridor (SARC), Rail Industry Worker (RIW) Card and other applicable Rail Tickets
- Construction Safety White Card
- Valid Drivers Licence with own reliable transport
- Past proven experience in performing similar civil roles
