**About the role**

The Marine team is looking for a second Project Support Officer to assist in the rebuild of various piers including:

- Hampton Pier
- Mornington Fisherman's Jetty
- St Kilda Pier
- St Leonards Pier

For each project you will work with the Project Manager, local maritime operations team and communications and engagement team to progress the project through statutory and internal approvals processes, design, contractor procurement, construction and closure.

Experience in business and administrative support.
Excellent communication, administration and financial skills.
A friendly and proactive approach to problem solving and providing support to Project Managers and Senior Project Managers.
Experience with finance systems and processes, procurement platforms and document management software.
