By joining KBR you can be assured that you are joining a team that pulls in the same direction and shares common values. **The Opportunity*** During this exciting growth period we have an opportunity for a** **Water Designer** to join our Operations engineering team in Adelaide to provide engineering services for various water infrastructure projects within Defence, Water Utilities, Civil Infrastructure and Treatment Plants. The role has a wide variety of responsibilities including preparation of 3D models and 2D drawings using Civil3D, Plant3D, 12D & AutoCAD 3D software. You will have autonomy to work on projects and deliver directly to DMs and PMs. This role will cover water infrastructure, linear pipelines and sewer along with treatment plants, chemical dosing and potable water. Experience with designing above and below ground services will be ideal. We place a strong emphasis on collaboration, both within our local office and KBR nationally. As such, you will likely work with interstate colleagues to deliver engineering projects. **What you will need to succeed*** Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D is essential along with solid experience in drafting for water and wastewater projects. Experience of working within Water Corporation standards is desirable. You will have a passion for drafting and a genuine interest in technical drawing which we at KBR will help to support you as part of our career development available to all employees.
