
Customer Service Assistant

**The role**: ACH Group have an exciting opportunity to join the Customer Service team at our newest residential care home, Healthia in Elizabeth South on a part time basis. Delivering exceptional customer service, you will be the welcoming first point of contact for customers, staff and visitors and to provide high quality administrative support services for the residential care home.
**What you'll do**:
- Maintain a tidy, warm, friendly and welcoming environment
- Assist with processing payments
- Document, register and record keeping and updates
- Manage the visitors and contractor signing into the register
- Organise incoming and outgoing mail
- Liaise with various staff at the care home
- Other administration support as required
About You
This role is suited for someone who has had experience in a reception/administration role, with initiative, a positive can-do attitude, with a motivation to make a difference, together with effective communication skills to liaise with multiple internal and external stakeholders, in addition to:
- Computer savvy: ability to use Microsoft Office suite and learn a range of databases
- Ability to multi-task and problem solve
- High degree of accuracy in your work
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to deal with a wide range of customers
- Ability to multi-task
- Collaborative approach to your work and a supportive team player
**You will need**:
- To be available 30 hours a week
- A Police Check for unsupervised contact/vulnerable groups less than 12 months old upon commencement
**It would be helpful if you had**:
- Certificate III in Business Administration or similar equivalent qualification

ACH Group is a not-for-profit organisation in the Health Care Sector.
