We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced retail or hospitality leader looking to become a Store Manager in Training at Petbarn in North Parramatta.

This unique opportunity will give you the exposure to work with a strong management team and lead a team of pet passionate team members.

Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager/Store Manager in a fast paced retailer/or hospitality environment is essential.
- At least two years retail/hospitality management experience
- Excellent time management skills
- Can handle a large amount of customers, and have high traffic experience
- Must have a strong work ethic
- Must be customer centric and very hands on
- Motivated to help the store achieve their customer service expectations
- The ability to drive KPI’s
- Strong inventory management knowledge
- Great eye for detail and merchandising skills
- Proven experience managing a small team
- A love of pets and pet parents

Your primary objective will be to work with the Store Manager in delivering an outstanding service offering, whilst educating and motivating across a team of passionate employees. You will have strong merchandising experience and love retail.

You will be a person with a down to business attitude that thrives on customer service and loves being part of a team environment. You must be able to work a flexible retail roster.
