We are a passionate and dedicated Educational service that provides personalized Tutoring sessions to support, encourage and inspire students to reach their full potential and continually strive for success.

We are looking for passionate and experienced primary school teachers, retired teachers, or a 3rd or 4th-year university student who is ready to join our great teaching team.

**Job Essentials**:

- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Must be ridiculously passionate and enthusiastic about supporting families and their students to strive for success, grow in confidence, and do all they can to help them reach their goals.
- Must be a hard worker who is eager to develop, strengthen and add to their ever-growing teacher toolkit.
- Have a passion and want to connect with and support families in our local area.
- Have great communication skills and experience with communicating with colleagues, families, and students.
- Loves to work in an upbeat, positive, and fun team environment.

**What does the job consist of?**
- Conducting a formal assessment to gain a better picture of students' strengths and areas for development. As well as ongoing assessments throughout the term.
- Planning clear, engaging, and sequential weekly sessions for each individual student on our shared drive.
- Communicating with parents about how their child's progress and sessions are going.
- Use our programs and resources, as well as your own expertise, ideas/knowledge, and experience to plan differentiated, and engaging activities and lessons for your students that meet their individual learning needs
- Having a positive, warm and friendly attitude each session. Making our students and families know that they are supported is our priority.
- Keeping your space and our room tidy and clean.
- Having some training around our programs and weekly/fortnightly check-ins to see how planning and each session is tracking.

We offer a great mentoring program that ensures all tutors feel supported when planning their sessions and engaging with their students. As well as giving our tutors professional development opportunities.
