**Job Description**:

- FIFO position to Moomba
- Permanent Full-Time position
- $95K - $120K annual salary range
- Be responsible to the regulations/guidelines as directed by the relevant Department of Industry and Resources.
- Supervision and training of crew staff.
- Manage maintenance of facilities and equipment in a safe operating condition and ensure adequate follow up and preventative measures and procedures are put into place.
- Act on engineer’s job instruction as per procedures.
- Ensure daily, weekly and monthly checklist procedures are submitted.
- Ensure effective handovers to opposite shift supervisor.
- Complete and submit necessary operations paperwork in a timely, accurate manner. Maintain records.
- Generate gauge reports for both client and company in electronic format. Maintain back up.
- Ensure that supporting documentation is kept and time goals are reached.
- Recommend and discuss cost effective changes to systems/processes/equipment as necessary.
- Maintain effective and regular communication with all interactive parties.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 - 10 years Slickline operations experience
- Documented training in Slickline operations and all associated equipment
- Associated documented safety training
- International driving license
- Computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Supervisory skills training
- Flexibility and willingness to be part of an interchangeable operation
- Ability to liaise effectively with customers
- Ability to identify potential operational hazards
