ClimaCool Air Conditioning is seeking a reliable and organised **Receptionist/Admin**to join our team. This is a key front-of-house role that also plays a big part in keeping our day-to-day operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greeting clients and handling incoming calls and enquiries
- Scheduling jobs, managing calendars, and supporting our technicians
- Creating and sending invoices, quotes, and job reports
- Data entry, filing, and general office administration
- Using platforms such as **Xero** and **ServiceM8** (or similar)

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Great time management and attention to detail
- Confident computer skills - Word, Excel, cloud platforms, etc.
- Familiarity with admin tools like Xero and ServiceM8 preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
- A driver’s licence and vehicle is highly recommended (for occasional errands or due to our location)

Pay: Up to $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
