This role offer the opportunity to kick start or further your Property Management career, supported by our Team Leader and Property Managers, as well as our sophisticated processes and administrative systems.
You will be committed to becoming an effective member of the Boffo Real Estate team, delivering a high standard of customer service and demonstrating a willingness to be enthusiastic and reliable point of contact for your clients.
**Your key responsibilities will include**:
Conducting rental open inspections and meeting with prospective tenants
Involvement in weekly team meetings
Preparing advertising materials
Conducting in-going inspection reports
Assisting Property Managers
Attendance of tribunal hearings (if necessary)
**You will have**:
A valid Property Management Registration
A current driver's license and reliable vehicle
Basic property management knowledge
Excellent communication skills and presentation
Strong computer and administration skills
The ability to work effectively independently and in a team environment
Excellent time management and organisation skills
