We are a large, established and reputable multidisciplinary mental and allied health service located in Bella Vista, providing support and health services to children, adolescents and adults. Our service has been recognised for quality healthcare and excellent team culture across multiple different awards platforms, including being awarded 2022 Paediatric Practice Excellence at the Australian Allied Health Awards.

Due to extensive growth and expansion we have an opening for an enthusiastic, conscientious and reliable receptionist with excellent administrative skills to join our client relationship team.

This is an ideal opportunity for a psychology or allied health student looking for a role in a friendly and supportive work environment.

**Your key duties will include, but not be limited to**:

- Welcoming Clients
- Answering the phone
- Diary Management
- Conducting Intake Assessments
- Administrative support
- Accepting and processing payments and rebates
- Assisting in marketing and social media tasks
- Liaising with other health professionals
- Providing assistance to the clinicians and Director as required

There is no dictation typing involved in this role.

**To be successful in this position, you will need to show**:

- Articulate friendly customer service with a sound understanding of the importance of client confidentiality.
- Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as being an excellent team player.
- High level organisational and administrative skills, strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- The ability to prioritise, manage deadlines, multi-task, work quickly and cope well under pressure.
- A keen interest in improving service delivery performance.
- Excellent IT skills with proven proficiency using practice management software and a willingness to learn our systems.
- Dedicated and committed work attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to maintain a calm, sensitive, pleasant and respectful manner with a diverse range of people.
- Availability Wednesday and Thursday evenings is essential; other shifts also available.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $61,017.70 - $131,963.83 per year
