**The Role**:
Reporting to the Finance Director, ensuring timely reporting and analysis of financial numbers, as well as setting up and maintaining an effective internal control framework for business.
- Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

- Ensuring periodic closure of books of accounts
- Preparation of monthly/quarterly/year end management reports to analyse and assess financial performance.
- Balance sheet reviews
- Developing annual operating plans, scenario analysis and cost controls
- Ensure compliance to global guidelines
- Develop and implement continuous process improvements in the Finance, Accounting and compliance processes
- Manage a team of three across various locations

**The Person**:
You are degree qualified, ideally CPA certified with extensive experience in a global manufacturing environment. You have led a team and liaised globally over various time zones.
- Once trained the role will offer hybrid hours.
