Communication & Operations Support Analyst

This role has been designated as ‘Edge’, which means you will primarily work outside of an HPE office.

HPE Australia currently has an exciting opportunity for a Communications Assistant who can deliver internal communications strategies across the organisation. We’re seeking a driven Internal Communications specialist with proven ability to deliver successful initiatives with a proactive attitude. You will deliver effective corporate communication strategies for Internal and External Partners and customers.

**Your Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the execution of communications strategies.
- Drafting and editing communications copy and material. (e.g. newsletters, internal memos, presentations).
- Offer administrative support to projects and in-house teams.
- Maintain internal intranet, including the site content and visual design.
- Track projects, update databases, prepare and maintain presentations and reports
- Maintain events calendars and support with internal events

**About You**:

- BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous work experience as a Communications Assistant, Communication Executive, or similar role.
- Proficiency in office management software and design software such as Photoshop and InDesign.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Outstanding communication (oral and written) skills.
