We are located in the heart of **Bella Vista** and are currently looking for a passionate individual to join our family.

**Overview**
- As an ISK waiter you'll welcome guests, take orders, make menu recommendations, and attend to the overall needs of our guests. Your goal will be to provide ‘above & beyond’ customer service and build genuine relationships with our guests. Your success will be welcoming back guests again and again, contributing to the team and developing your career within Seagrass Boutique Hospitality Group._

**Requirements**:
To be considered for this role, we are looking for:

- At least 2 year previous experience in a similar role
- POS system experience
- Full-time position
- Strong communication skills
- Valid RSA
- Attention to detail and desire to deliver exceptional customer service
- Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster; including weekdays, weekends and public holidays

**Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for:

- Welcoming and seating guests
- Holding strong food and beverage menu knowledge
- Communicating guest orders with the kitchen and ensuring any specific guest request is met
- Delivering outstanding and memorable customer service
- Processing payments
- Sharingin the overall duties within the restaurant
- Contributing a positive influence within an innovative and vibrant team culture

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 per week
