We are looking for a talented **Videographer / Content Creator** to join our team, someone who can both shoot and edit high-quality videos while bringing fresh, creative ideas to life for our social media and marketing campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, shoot, and edit video content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook) and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm creative concepts and execute visually stunning video content that supports our brand identity.
- Develop short-form content such as product teasers, behind-the-scenes footage, and customer testimonials to be featured on various social platforms.
- Ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and aligns with ongoing marketing strategies.
- Stay updated on trends in videography and social media to create content that is current, engaging, and relevant.
- Manage the entire production process from pre-production to post-production, including storyboarding, shooting, editing, and delivering final content.
- Organize and maintain video equipment, ensuring it is always shoot-ready.
- Consistently deliver high-quality content on time, while juggling multiple projects.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Videographer, Content Creator, or similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating social media content.
- Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools.
- Knowledge of social media video trends, formats, and best practices for platforms like Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.
- Ability to shoot video content with creativity and attention to detail, using professional camera and lighting equipment.
- Strong editing skills with an understanding of pacing, storytelling, color grading, and sound design.
- Creative thinker who is able to conceptualize and execute original video ideas for social media audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

**Preferred**:

- Graphic design or animation experience.
- Experience with social media algorithms and how to optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
- Knowledge of color correction and audio post-production.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Epping, VIC 3076
