TeamKids is the premium provider of Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) throughout Australia. We exist to excite, engage and entertain children before school, after school and throughout school holidays.

TeamKids has permanent part-time opportunities for Director of Service within the VIC Bayside area.

**You’ll work across split shifts, Monday to Friday**:
Below are the general split shift times, though these may vary slightly depending on the specific service:
**BSC: 7am-9am**
**ASC: 2.15pm-6pm**
**Admin hours in between**

As a Director of Service (commonly known as a Coordinator), you'll lead a team to create a safe, fun, and compliant program, plan engaging activities, supervise children, and build strong relationships with the school and community while managing your service.
