**Records Registrar - Synod**

**Full-time**

The Uniting Church in Australia Queensland Synod is seeking an Administration Wizard to join our team as Synod Records Registrar. As Records Registrar, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and providing friendly customer service. This position requires a broad understanding of operational property matters within the context of the Queensland Synod and provocatively working with stakeholders to improve the end-user experience and data to develop procedures.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain and organise records in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures related to record-keeping and information management.
- Respond to inquiries from staff and external parties in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure the accuracy of records and information.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in training sessions to develop and maintain strong administrative skills.

**Salary**: $87,900.00 - $103,400.00 per year
