**About the area**
College Services delivers high-quality academic administration and technical support to the University’s schools, supporting Heads of School, academic staff, and research students. With a strong commitment to efficiency and excellence, the team plays a vital role in achieving the strategic goals of both the Schools and the University. Focused on continuous improvement and best practices, the Schools Operations team provides essential academic and administrative support, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional service delivery.

**About the opportunity**
- Provide administrative support across multiple UWA Schools, including general office support, event coordination and support, research student onboarding, committee meeting support (preparing agendas and taking minutes) and unit support activities.
- Working within a team, play a key role in the administration and maintenance of office systems, policies, and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the office.
- Respond flexibly to changing demands with regard to the development and implementation of School activities and programs.
- Liaise closely with internal and external stakeholders of the School/s to achieve outcomes.

**About you**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or substantial administrative experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service mindset.
- Strong organisational skills and a demonstrated ability to set priorities and to work effectively within set guidelines.
- Proficiency in a range of computing skills in word processing, Excel, spreadsheets, databases (PowerBi), and internet and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively within a team.
