**About the role**

The GIS Analyst is responsible for ensuring that that Council has accurate and reliable Mapping and Land Information Systems and Data. This role is also responsible for providing accurate and reliable online and mobile mapping solutions for Internal and Public access and providing spatial data analysis services to internal customers

**Remuneration**

$91,737.36 - $101,711.48 + Superannuation

**Some of the required skills, experience and qualifications**
- Relevant tertiary degree in surveying, geographic or land information systems or an equivalent course of study.
- Demonstrated extensive experience with GIS and Property related systems and software (preferably TechnologyOne Property and Rating, Intramaps Enterprise, QGIS, FME, SQL and Python).
- Demonstrated high level technical, analytical, research and problem-solving skills with the capacity to think innovatively and make recommendations based on the analysis of business requirements and needs
- Good understanding of corporate data principles including security, governance and auditing policies etc.
