This Full time **Catering Supervisor** role is located at the prestigious **RSL ANZAC Village in Narrabeen, NSW**. This role offers a great work life balance in a fantastic team environment dedicated to supporting their residents.

**The successful applicant will have**:

- Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships
- Ability to undertake people management, including training, roster management and administration functions
- Food and Beverage experience (Hotel, Resort, Office environment or Aged Care)
- Current experience in a similar supervisory role leading diverse teams in a catering environment
- Certificate II or above in Hospitality (or similar) would be highly favourable
- The proven ability to motivate and lead their team whilst working closely with management
- To be considered you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with the booster dose, hold a national police check and be willing to obtain the annual Influenza vaccination._

**Salary**: $21.00 - $31.00 per hour

- Narrabeen, NSW 2101: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
