**About the Company**

**Day to day activities**
- Create and manage SEO content strategies to meet marketing goals
- Research keywords and understand customer pain points to inform content creation
- Ensure consistency of brand voice, tone, and style across all content
- Monitor current topics and adjust SEO content strategy as needed
- Provide training and guidance to staff on creating optimized content
- Monitor and analyze key metrics to identify successes and opportunities for improvement
- Analyze and make recommendations to improve the user experience of our website
- Regularly review and update website content for accuracy and currency
- Adhere to compliance obligations and report any concerns or conflicts of interest.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline (preferable)
- 3-5 years of experience in a SEO content marketing role, with a successful track record of developing and implementing content marketing strategies
- Deep understanding of optimizing content for SEO and driving conversions
- Comprehension of digital platforms and new media trends
- Data-driven approach to support theories and identify opportunities
- Creative writing skills for developing effective messages across digital and social media platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and multi-task
- Proactive approach to bringing new ideas
- Experience managing and delivering projects and campaigns end-to-end
- Ability to work effectively as a team member or independently with high levels of initiative, judgment, and independence
- Experience using Marketo, Magento, Google Analytics, SemRush, and other content-related technologies
